What do you do in your professional life?
I’m a writer, journalist and content creator, working in marketing and media. I also work in tourism. I’m passionate about travel!

What are some of the projects that you’re proudest of working on?
For many yeas now I have organised, hosted and hyped Awesome Newcastle, a no-strings-attached grant giveaway for local good ideas. It’s a part of the broader Awesome Foundation, and while I don’t actually get paid for this, it makes me feel like I’m doing something good to improve the society. Plus I’ve met all kinds of amazing people. 

Favourite Newy location and why?
I love all the beaches. I love doing yoga on my building’s rooftop in Newcastle West. I have a special place in my heart for the Carrington Mangroves.
